However, while professional teams have access to advanced cameras like VEO, many amateur clubs can’t afford them. This creates a gap in how players can learn and improve, showing the need for more accessible and affordable solutions.

The first step was to conduct benchmarking of digital apps with similar concepts: rental platforms that connect owners with users looking to rent. I analyzed their solutions and key functionalities, which helped me identify best practices and shape the foundation of ScoutingPlay.
